Install Cloud Client Software (Windows)

My Cognitech Cloud does not require any installation from Cognitech on your computer. This Streaming application is provided by AWS (Amazon Web Services) for the optional convenience of the end user and is an application called Amazon Appstream 2.0 Client. The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind express, or implied. By installing the Amazon Appstream 2.0 Client you agree to the following terms of service and conditions from Amazon, Inc.

Use the following link to download and install the latest Desktop Application installer:
(https://cognitech.com/downloads/AWSAppstream2Client.exe) (~405 MB)

Run the AWSAppstream2Client.exe program

Once installed click the button that says ‘Launch AWS Appstream 2.0 Client’. There will also be a shortcut placed on your desktop to access the software later.
